Overview
The DOU Journal of Management Sciences (DOUJMS) is a peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary academic journal dedicated to advancing knowledge in the fields of management. It is hosted by the Faculty of Management Sciences, Dennis Osadebay University, Asaba and provides a platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to publish high-quality, empirical, theoretical, and review articles that contribute to the academic and practical understanding of business and economic challenges in Nigeria, Africa, and the global environment.
Aims & Scope
DOUJMS aims to:
- Promote cutting-edge research in the domains of management science.
- Encourage intellectual discourse among academics and practitioners.
- Support evidence-based policy formulation and business practices.
- Highlight regional and global economic and managerial issues with local relevance.

Manuscript Submission
Author submits manuscript via the online portal. Desk review checks formatting, scope, and plagiarism (max 20% similarity).
Double-Blind Peer Review
Manuscript is sent anonymously to at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise. Both author and reviewer identities are concealed.
Editorial Decision
Based on reviewer feedback, the Editor-in-Chief issues a decision: Accept, Minor Revisions, Major Revisions, or Reject. Authors are notified within 4–8 weeks.
Publication
Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting and layout. The final version is published Open Access in the next available issue.
